Back to basics: a 101 to WCAG v2.1

As it's the first meetup this group has had for a long time, we're doing a 101 for the updated WGAC v2.1 guidelines, what that means for web development, and practical advice for web publishing.

A massive thank you goes out to the Console Group, you have provided a wonderful location location close to Central Station, and catering for the evening. The revival of this group wouldn't be possible without them.
