What we’re about
This is a social group for adult Brisbane AuDHD, ADHD, and/or Autistic femmes to connect.
If you'd like to list and host an event, just contact Dax (Organiser) to list it for you. She will then make you the Host for that specific event.
You are welcome to create any kind of event that suits you, i.e. near your home, during the week (day or evening) etc.
Every member is welcome to suggest ideas for events and/or host them, though we do suggest that they be held in public venues so that nobody is risking liability in their own homes; for their own and other's safety and insurance coverage. Whether you want to go to a nearby cafe, organise a shopping mall visit, walk by the river, or have a beach day, just pick things you like to do, message Dax, and she'll create an 'event listing' with a time and place and add you as the Event Host.
- The annual Meet-up subscription is paid for privately, so there is no cost to members to list Events.
- Any event costs themselves are up to members to cover if they attend the event. (ie food and drinks etc)
(David A, listed as the main 'Organiser', has added the group under his Organiser subscription umbrella, but he is not involved in creating or hosting women's events. Please don't message him with questions about women's events. He is running the all-gender AuDHD group which you can also join and chat with him there if you wish.)
