A 60-minute support group for people actively working on their healing. (Focus: Application, Troubleshooting, and Skill-Building)

What This Is You’ve read the books. You’ve attended the workshops. You understand the concepts. But knowing the tool is different than using it when you're stressed.

The Integration Circle is where you bring the real-world challenges you're facing and get support applying the tools to your actual life.

  • Tried to set a boundary and froze?
  • Your inner critic won't shut up despite your best efforts?
  • You know the theory but can't make it work with your specific family/job?

This is where we bridge the gap between "learning" and "living."
IMPORTANT: This group focuses on skill-building and practical application—not individual therapy or processing traumatic memories. It's about getting support for the specific, messy challenges of growing in your daily life.
How We Spend Our Time

  • Rapid Check-in (10 min): A quick go-around to see where everyone is at and identify who needs specific coaching tonight.
  • Coached Support (50 min): We move into "Hot Seat" coaching. You bring your challenge, I coach you on it, and the group learns by witnessing the process.

This isn't lecture-based. It's live coaching and peer support for the real-world application of healing work.
This Is For You If:

  • You're trying to apply tools (self-care, boundaries, parts work, etc.) and getting stuck.
  • You have a specific situation where you want guidance.
  • You want ongoing support and community, not just one-time workshops.
  • You're ready to do the work, not just learn about it.

This may not be a fit if you are currently in acute crisis or looking for clinical trauma processing.
What You'll Get

  • Live coaching from a trauma-informed therapist on your real-world challenges.
  • Vicarious learning (seeing others work through similar issues).
  • Accountability to keep practicing your tools.
  • A consistent space to troubleshoot, integrate, and grow.
