Come practice a hatha flow with friends!
No experience necessary-- verbal guides and modifications will be given. 
Feel free to stay and chat afterwards- Tea will be offered (If in my home)
 --> Please bring your own mat (and blocks/ props, if desired). Contact me prior if this poses a barrier for you.
 --> All participants will be required to sign a release liability form prior to practicing.
 --> About the Space: Weather permitting, we will meet outside (woohoo!) at Schmanska Park. Plan B is inside my home (5 minute drive from the park). Exact address will be delivered privately closer to the event if that’s the case.
