Olivia is a transformation and operating model specialist with 10+ years’ experience helping organisations design and embed modern ways of working. With a background in management consulting, Olivia has led strategy and transformation initiatives across Australia, America, Canada and Africa, spanning multiple industries. She now works at P&N Group, where she was initially brought on at the commencement of their Transformation program to design and embed contemporary ways of working and currently heads up the Group’s Value Management function, focused on ensuring technology & transformation initiatives deliver measurable, sustainable outcomes, aligned to organisation strategy.
