Catherine Drury
Operating Model Effectiveness Specialist, Pharma International, Roche
With over 15 years' experience in research and development, Catherine was a pioneer of Agile in the Australian pharmaceutical industry, becoming Roche Australia's first Agile Coach. She now works across Roche's global network to strengthen operating model effectiveness, coaching and guiding leaders and cross-functional teams through complex change. As a certified human-centred design practitioner, she excels at building relationships and collaborating with teams to solve complex business challenges and deliver value in fast-changing environments.

With over a decade working in cross-cultural settings, Eve has guided teams and organisations to design operating models, clarify ways of working and unlock capability through better understanding. She has also founded youth empowerment and women’s networking initiatives in Japan, where she lived for eight years and remains active in the Australia–Japan space.
