Topic 1: Enterprise Architecture 4.0
The emergence of the data-intensive digital economy has shifted the focus from an economy of corporations to an economy of people and things. This has massive implications for Enterprise Architects (EAs) as the system boundaries have expanded and new elements of interest need to be embedded. This presentation will highlight that ongoing relevance of EAs will require building rapid knowledge and familiarity with concepts such as business-to-thing (B2T), trust design and scalable personalisation in the world of bring-your-own-data. An opportunity catalyst will be presented to highlight how Enterprise Architects can play a stronger role in contributing to the revenue resilience of an organisation.
Topic 2: Why Digitalisation Requires Business Architecture
With the rush to digitalize business of all sorts there is a tendency to want to believe that if we buy the right robots or invest in the latest AI capability then we are good to go. Nothing is farther from the truth. Given that digital processes tend to be broader than traditionally scoped work, integrity is essential. Knowing how all the dots connect before launching your digital effort is essential. Understanding the process workflow, the data, the business rules and the role of the customer - to name a few aspects – is essential beforehand. A digital process is still a process. This session will connect business architecture with digitalized processes and invite delegates to join the discussion.
This is a superb opportunity to connect with some of the leading minds in BPM, Business Architecture and Corporate Innovation (Eco)systems.
