This is my first posted meetup in a long time albeit it a late one of sorts! Although I'm a bit more of a band-aid nowadays, I still like to move at a moderate pace. I'm looking for new partners to join me on scrambles in my attempt to finish off Kane's scramble book. We will take breaks as needed while gaining elevation but we will be moving quicker on the flats and downs. If you enjoy a slower relaxed pace, this might not be the event for you. It is a long one, and I don't want to be out there all day. Previous scrambling experience required with exposure and loose terrain
Distance: 30ish km
Elevation gain: 1400m
Estimated Time: 10 - 12 hours (not including driving)
Max Group Size: 6 (No children, No Pets, No guests)
Difficulty: Kane Moderate
Meeting Location: Valley Ridge street parking past the gas station

- Appropriate layers for changing weather (rain shell, down jacket, etc.)

Current forecast is for some afternoon rain. The older I get, the more of a fair-weather hiker I've become. I will cancel the event if forecast calls for more definite rain or simply switch to Skoki Mountain as a Plan B.
Please bring money for carpool. We may need additional drivers.
