Pixeltable with Marcel Kornacker
Marcel Kornacker is the founder of Apache Impala, co-creator of Apache Parquet and creator of Pixeltable, an open-source platform that solves the data plumbing problem in multi-modal AI development. Modern AI apps require stitching together S3, PostgreSQL, vector databases, and external APIs with 1000+ lines of glue code. Pixeltable organizes data, transformation logic, and model inference into tables, which allows it to provide an optimized environment for data storage, retrieval, and orchestration, while the developer can focus on application logic.

It is through these differences that our community experiences great successes and continued growth. Overall, we're good to each other.
