Join us for a relaxed community walk along Lake Burley Griffin.
The Canberra Connection Walk is a welcoming space to get outside, move your body, and connect with others in the community. The walk is informal and friendly. You are welcome to come on your own.
This is a gentle walk with opportunities for conversation and connection. No registration is required and there are no expectations about how often you attend.
Who it’s for
Adults affected by suicide, including people with lived experience, carers, supporters, and community members who value connection and supportive conversation.
It may also suit people who are looking to meet others, get out of the house, are new to Canberra, or are supporting someone through a difficult time.
What to expect
• A relaxed 45–60 minute walk
• Friendly conversation
• A welcoming and supportive environment
• Optional coffee afterwards nearby
