Capital Region Badass Lasses

Welcome to the Capital Region Badass Dames! I’ve recently discovered a love for hiking and am excited to get outdoors and share new adventures with a supportive group of women. This vibrant community is designed for women over 40. Even though I’m new to hiking, I hope you’ll join me as we encourage each other, have fun, and enjoy every moment in nature. This group is for women who love being outside and are willing to explore trails and go on adventures. We’ll explore together, make new friends, and create great memories in the beautiful outdoors.
