Below is a description from All trails
This coastal track in the Munmorah State Conservation Area delivers some of the finest panoramic views on the Central Coast. Starting from Campbell Drive, the route weaves through spectacular coastal heathland, offering a mix of sweeping ocean vistas and diverse native flora. The trail follows a combination of fire trails and walking tracks, taking you through low-lying scrub that explodes with colour in spring. Keep an eye out for the vibrant blooms of banksias and the distinctive spikes of grass trees. Birdwatchers might be lucky enough to spot a white-bellied sea eagle riding the thermals, while the lucky winter visitor might even spy migrating whales from the Wybung Head lookout. As you make your way towards the coast, the track descends steeply to Frazer Beach and Gravelly Beach. Frazer Beach is a stunning spot for a picnic or a cool-down
