The Cerritos-Artesia Real Estate Investors Association (CAREIA) is dedicated to empowering local investors by creating meaningful opportunities in partnership with the public sector across Cerritos, Artesia, and surrounding communities. While our roots are local, our members bring nationwide experience and a proven track record of success across markets.
