Taste the World Stop #11 - Tajikistan

In 2025, let's taste our way around the world. Every month, we'll sample a new type of cuisine. This month, we head to Tajikistan, by way of one of Boulder's culinary institutions! Join us for a festive dinner at the Boulder Dushanbe Tea House.

While the menu is quite international, the decorative elements of the building were hand-crafted by master crafters in Tajikistan to honor Boulder's sister city relationship with the Tajik city of Dushanbe. It's a really beautiful building and a unique dining experience.

Note: Every no-show incurs a $15 fee from the restaurant, so I will be hyper-vigilant about keeping RSVPs up to date on this one!

Parking: On the street parking is available on both 13th and 14th Streets, simply look for the City of Boulder Parking kiosks. There is also a parking garage located at 14th Street and Canyon Boulevard. The parking lot behind the Teahouse is a permitted lot Monday through Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. but is open and available for public parking on both Saturday and Sunday.
