Join our weekly meditation that follows the tradition sustained by the World Community for Christian Meditation (WCCM). If you haven't meditated before, don't worry and we will teach you.

If you arrive a few minutes before 7.30 p.m. someone will then be at the door to let you in. Otherwise, ring the bell or text 07717772614 and someone will let you in.

Firstly, we listen to some relaxing music, then there is a short inspiring reading, then 25 min of silent meditation (ending around 8.30 p.m.) and afterwards everyone is invited for tea and biscuits (often until 9.00 p.m.) and you can learn to know others. We meditate at 63 York Place, upstairs in St Margaret's room. Call at 0771 777 2614 if you need help to find us.

There are usually 5-10 meditators attending and most of them don´t use Meetup, so come and meet us face to face.
We ask for a £3 donation to cover the cost of snacks, drinks and room rental, if you can afford.
