SOME BACKGROUND:
This group modality is intended to take healing and therapy to the next level—serving as an evolutionary tool for freeing oneself from layers of limiting conditioning: belief structures and feeling systems trapped in the body–mind. What unfolds is a journey from a contracted, domesticated existence to the discovery of one's true nature—integrated and embodied in all aspects of life.

This work is not merely about ego psychology, psychotherapy, or emotional healing. It is a space for the deep inquiry into the awakening from the unconscious, mechanical, and dreamlike state of ordinary life. The Fourth Way System offers a practical map for realizing one’s true nature and moving toward the full flowering of human potential—from the development of self-awareness to the realization of the underlying oneness of all things and all beings.

While the approach is trauma-informed and grounded in awareness-based, psychosomatic processing, the curriculum is rooted in both the Fourth Way teachings of G.I. Gurdjieff and P.D. Ouspensky, and in the Direct Path of Advaita Vedanta—or non-dual insight. The aim is not self-improvement, but self-realization.

Though the longing to feel better is a natural and valid part of the path—especially after being shaped by a dysfunctional culture and unconscious upbringing—this group goes beyond healing. It is for those who are drawn to the Truth, who feel the pull of a mature magnetic center: the intuitive knowing that there is more to life than what is seen, and a disillusionment with conventional pursuits.
