Welcome to The Classic Connection, our main appeal is for fun social events, theater, CSO events, Dinner Theater, concerts, ballets, opera, social get-togethers to meet each other, train trips, music festivals, socializing, Santa Fe opera trip, arts, dancing and entertainment. We are open to member suggestions on events for different interests and hobby’s. We are active, positive about life and looking for fun events to do. We are not a dating service, but a great way to meet like-minded people for fun events. We do not promote politics, religion or business ventures. We do have a No Show Policy for events where a reservation is made or there is a waiting list for an event. Don't forget to post a picture of "you" so we can easily put a face with your name. Thanks!

Night at the Museums - A FREE Night
History Colorado Center, 1200 Broadway, Denver, CO, USFor Your Information - This is a self guided Night at the Museums. I'm participating in another Meetup event this evening so I won't see you there. Hope you'll gather and take advantage of this FREE opportunity.
My plan if I was participating...Meet the group in front of the History Colorado Museum. Choose one or two exhibits tosee. After your visit here cross Broadway and walk to several museums in the same vicinity. The Denver Art Museum, the Counterterroism Education Lab, the Clyfford Still Museum and the Kirkland Museum are all located nearby. So much to see, it'll be a challenge to stay as a group and see everything. Better to pick and choose a a group.
Denver’s Night at the Museums sees nearly two dozen museums open their doors to the public for FREE on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., as part of Denver Arts Week. Each museum promises special entertainment and activities, including music, dance and storytelling. There’s even a FREE shuttle to whisk you between most museums. The following museums are scheduled to participate. A few will be free all day or open prior to 5 p.m., so be sure to check individual websites for details.
