Guess what?
Kickball Thursdays are back!
We’ll be playing baseball rules, but we’ll also have our own special rules:
- If a runner gets hit above their shoulders (like their neck or head), they’re automatically safe, no matter where they are on the base paths. And anything below their ankles is also safe. We do this to keep everyone safe and sound.
- If there are less than two outs, we’ll follow the tag-up rule.
- If the ball gets to the pitcher, and you’re not more than halfway to the next base, you go back. If you’re more than halfway, you go to the next base.
- If the ball gets thrown goes too far into foul territory, we’ll advance one base.
- If we have enough players and a catcher, we’ll allow stealing bases. If we don’t have a catcher, we won’t allow stealing bases.
- Each half inning will have three outs, and we’ll decide whether to play seven or nine innings. So, come on down and join us for a fun and friendly game of kickball!
- bring something to drink, and we will circle up and count as 1 and 2 and make teams that way
