NAMI Connecticut is hosting to a free, interactive online workshop on Safetypowers Boundary Setting & Advocacy Skills, with our friends from Kidpower International. This engaging session is designed for people of all backgrounds, including peers, community members, caregivers, advocates, and mental health professionals who want practical tools they can use right away.

Join us on Monday, February 9, 2026 with 7:00–8:00 PM EST
Each session is followed by an optional 30‑minute Q&A.
