Pursuing mental health is not an option, but a fundamental need!
Many of us are trapped in habits that rob us of our wellness, our mental peace, and our capacity to be happy. The most concerning part is that we engage in unhelpful habits unconsciously. We live on autopilot, repeating unhelpful thinking and behavioural patterns that we learned long ago. These patterns were useful during a chapter of our lives, but currently they are hurting us inside.
Join me as we explore ten habits that we can change immediately to promote mental well-being and other small changes that can generate great transformations! See you there!
Bio:
Sandra Dykstra is a registered and certified clinical counsellor who specializes in trauma therapy and relationship difficulties. She has a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology and 13 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families.
We will be asking for a small donation of $5 dollars cash for all health presentations going forward. Children 13 and under are free.
