On 14 February 2026, we’re hosting a special educational session focused on Belongingness – a theme at the heart of leadership, communication, and community.

Belonging isn’t just about being present.
It’s about feeling seen, heard, and valued.

In this session, we’ll explore how a sense of belonging shapes stronger leaders, more inclusive teams, and more confident communicators – both on and off the stage.

We’re excited to welcome two inspiring contributors:

Stephen Burrell – ICF-accredited ACC coach and DEI advocate, working with leaders and organisations to build psychologically safe, inclusive cultures rooted in authenticity and connection.

Aurélia Durand – artist and illustrator based in Copenhagen, known for bold colours and powerful storytelling that explores identity, visibility, and belonging across cultures.
