Coping with the Polycrisis - Support Group

This group aims to unite and affirm those who have awoken to the realities of our human predicament.

The polycrisis is embedded in every aspect of our modern lives. It includes our loss of agency: we are beholden to an economy that requires growth -through ecocide- to remain stable - despite the obvious finitude of cheap energy. We are witnessing a rise in corrupt, regressive & authoritarian politics, an unregulated uprise in artificial intelligence, rampant chemical pollution, widespread death in the natural world, ongoing war and genocide… the list goes on.

Once understood, this predicament cannot be unseen. Processing this information and the subsequent grief in isolation can be incredibly depressing. For those brave enough to feel into this pain of loss, for us and future generations, this group is for you. We will counter nihilism with connection, work through our collective grief, discuss ways to move forward with purpose and clarity, and hopefully leave each session feeling affirmed and slightly saner.
