I know I am planning this on Valentine's Day, but the date works best for me for a February mid-day meet & greet.
This is a coffee house and we can't take up a group of seats for 90 minutes. Instead, drop by any time during the 90 minutes I'll be there just to sit and chat with me and who ever else shows up.
