Join us January 1st for our first walk of 2026 - with Levee to follow!
Each week, members of our Dartmouth-based walking club come together to walk one of our local trails and explore our different communities. New walkers are always welcome to join! Just be sure to dress in keeping with the weather!
Walks: This week we will celebrate the New Year by walking the sidewalks and parks of south end Halifax. There will be 6 and 10 km routes on offer, rated 2B (city sidewalks, moderate hills).
Meeting Place: We will assemble at 6095 Coburg Road, meet inside in the Common Room. There is street parking in the neighbourhood.
Registration: starts at 9:30, walk departs at 10:00 am
New Year's Levee: After the walk, we will assemble back in the Common Room for a buffet lunch where we will celebrate the arrival of 2026!
