Show the AI reading the codebase, understanding patterns, writing backend + frontend, handling errors, deploying. Count AI-generated vs human-edited lines. Stop at key moments: "Should I trust this code? What would you change?"
Open Floor (~15 min): Copilot vs Cursor vs Claude Code vs Windsurf — what's your experience? Senior devs: has AI changed how you mentor? New grads: how has AI affected learning? What skills matter most when AI writes the code?
