This event is all about fitness, nature, camaraderie, and fun! Our featured event is bicycling and will add some calisthenics in the beginning and stretch towards the end.

LOCATION
Start/Calisthenics
Parcourse FitCenter (Calisthenics Park)
Mission Bay Park (NorthEast) | De Anza Cove
3000 N Mission Bay Drive
look for the bright orange color fitness station
Bicycle Loop
around Mission Bay with segment on Mission Beach boardwalk
Yoga
pitstop on way back at beautiful spot for stretching

PACE
go at your own comfort level
opt in/out for any segment of calisthenics/bicycle/yoga
calisthenics: 1 set 1-10 reps
bicycle peloton: No-Drop-Ride so we stay together as peloton (like a flock of birds)

PREP
Bring Your Own Bicycle
yoga: NO mat needed (only standing/sitting)

SAFETY
Be safe!! Don't do anything out of your comfort zone. Obey traffic rules. Wear a helmet. You agree to participate at your own risk. If you have an issue, let the organizer know in order to help.

NUTRITION
bring water and a snack
we will stop for a bite to eat probably at a restaurant
