As more companies focus on AI, teams are shipping AI features without a clear way to know if the outputs are useful, trustworthy, or expected by the people using the application. For our June meetup, Jasmine Orange, Experience Design Lead in AI + Sustainability at EY, will introduce AI Behavioral Mapping, a framework for designing AI products that actually work for the people using them.

In this live, virtual session, Jasmine will walk us through why designing for AI is very different from designing with AI, what Behavioral Mapping is, and how to use behavioral documents to align your team around expected AI behavior for more ethical, useful products. We hope you can join us.
