Saturday Long Run

Join a friendly canal long run, great for all paces, you'll gain endurance, meet runners, and enjoy a motivating, social group atmosphere.
Details
We will be running the canals for our long run. Note that our official start time varies throughout the year with the sunrise. In December, we start at 7:00 AM while in June our official start time is 5:00 AM!
We usually have early starters who tend to come anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours ahead of the official start time who tend to go out-and-back to the south prior to joining the group for the official start time.
You may wish to carry water and, if starting early, a light is recommended to help you see and be seen.
