Daniel Nguyen is a seasoned full time real estate investor and finance professional with almost 15 years of experience. He earned his B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. Daniel has a diverse portfolio that includes joint ventures in apartments and other commercial investments California and Ohio. Daniel also holds GP positions in large hotel syndications under brands like Marriott, Hilton, and IHG. Currently, Daniel is a partner in the manufactured home community investment company RiseCOMM based in the Bay Area, California.
