Amish will be sharing his expertise on Reverse SEO specialization. Reverse REO flips the traditional foreclosure process by finding distressed properties before they become REOs. Instead of competing at auctions or with hedge funds, investors work directly with homeowners to solve problems early—unlocking off-market deals and more flexible purchase terms.
