Hi guys. This Saturday 15 August will be raining in nanzhuang district miaoli Jialishan mountain. So I’ll change this hiking trip to next month Saturday 12 September. I’m so sorry about this matter. Instead, I’ll organize another event, cycling and watching fireworks in dadaocheng if it’s not raining in taipei. I’ll anniversaries on Thursday.

THIS IS BEAUTIFUL PLACE BUT DIFFICULT FOR HIKING! I will limit for 16 people only including the hosts. This is not easy hiking.
This hike needs good stamina, high experience and not be afraid with high altitude. It’s difficult and challenging. No stairs! Only rocks and roots to climbing up.
Some areas need ropes and technical hike. This is long hiking, around more than 8 hours go and back on the same route (not going loop because it needs more than 12 hours with loop). The peak is 2220 meters.
We also rent the car, 1300 NTD / person, you have to pay me for deposit 1000 NTD before 8 July otherwise I’ll give your seat to others.
SERIOUS CAUTION
07.00-07.15 : meeting point at taipei main station WEST gate 3 outside (it could be changed and depend on the car parking)
Don’t be late! We don’t have enough time to go! It’s far from taipei!
07.15-10.00 : taking car to Jialishan mountain

10.00-10.15 : preparation toilet etc
10.15-14.00 : hiking going up to the peak (2220 m)
We will stop every 10-15 minutes. For me it’s difficult. I’m doing exercise at gym everyday but it’s still difficult for me.
We will across the river, so change the shoes. Bring your proper hiking shoes and pole sticks and water shoes.
14.00-14.30 : on the peak and have a lunch
14.30-18.00 : going down before dark
It’s around 6 pm the place is dark already, because it’s surrounded by the trees. So we need to bring the light.
18.00-18.15 : arrive to the parking park, change your clothes or shoes and toilet time.
18.15-19.30 : go to taipei but we will stop to have dinner nearby
19.30-20.30 : having dinner
20.30-23.00 : going back to Taipei
23.00 : arrive to taipei main station west gate 3

EXPENSES
Transportation fee 1300 NTD/ person. Pay to Mira before 20 July and transfer 1000 NTD first to my bank account. Then 300 NTD on the date we meet.
