IMPORTANT NOTE: DUE TO TOO MANY LAST-MINUTE RSVP CANCELLATIONS RECENTLY: ANYONE WHO CANCELS WITH LESS THAN 72-HOUR NOTICE, NO SHOWS, OR ARRIVES MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE WILL BE PLACED ON A 2-MONTH PROBATION AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND ANY EVENTS DURING THAT PROBATIONARY PERIOD.
There is a new Sichuanese restaurant in the SGV, and we have to give it a try.

IMPORTANT EVENT INFO:
• Please meet by the front entrance shortly before 5:00 p.m.
• The meal here is expected to be around $40 or more, depending on how much food we order, any drinks you may order, tax, and at least 20% gratuity. Please bring at least $75 in cash (small denominations preferred) to pay for your share of the meal. However, if necessary, I can accept payments via Zelle (which, unlike PayPal or Venmo, does not charge a service fee).
• Family-Style Dining: Dining for this event has been designated as Family-Style. The food bill will be split evenly among all attendees. Attendees will be responsible for paying for their beverages. Please note that flexibility is an important part of family-style dining, and if you plan to attend, you must be amenable to the group/AO's order. You don't have to eat everything that is ordered, but everyone pays equally, whether you eat everything or not. If this definition of Family-Style Dining doesn't feel comfortable, this may not be the right type of event for you. In addition, if you have ANY dietary restrictions or ingredients you do not wish to consume, then you may want to skip this event. Ordering dishes modified to fit someone's dietary needs or personal tastes will alter the true flavors of those dishes for the rest of the group.
