Experience the HU: A Spiritual Sound Meditation
·OnlineOnlineAre you looking for a moment of deep peace and inner connection amidst the busyness of daily life?
There is a spiritual meditation mantra that can help you go past the mind, open the heart, and reconnect with a deeper sense of love, wisdom, and inner awareness.
Join us for a peaceful HU chanting experience and discover how this simple practice can connect you with with the deeper part of yourself.
We will start with a short inspirational quote, then sing the HU mantra with a recording of thousands of HU-singers in the background. The HU song will last for 20 min.
If you are new to the HU or to ECKANKAR - you are welcome to stay online after the HU has ended if you would like to share any insights or if you have any questions.
Anyone can join in regardless of background or faith. The HU has helped people of many different faiths experience the presence of God in their lives.
