Your Lifeline to Inner Guidance | The Sound of Soul

Inner guidance can show up in unexpected ways. The question is: how do we learn to recognise it?In this Sound of Soul event, we’ll explore simple spiritual tools for recognising inner guidance and discovering how it can bring greater clarity, confidence, and spiritual awareness into everyday life.
What to expect:
*We begin with a short reading that introduces the theme of inner guidance.*Experience 15–20 minutes of HU, a sacred mantra and spiritual exercise that can help you turn your attention inward and open your awareness to Divine Spirit.
*Join a relaxed conversation about the different ways inner guidance can appear and how we can recognise it in everyday life.
No previous experience is needed. Everyone is welcome to join, listen, and take part in whatever way feels comfortable.

Experience the HU: A Spiritual Sound Meditation
·OnlineOnlineDiscover a sound that connects you with a living source of spiritual vibration.
HU is an active meditation mantra that can help quiet the mind, open the heart, and awaken a deeper sense of love, wisdom, and inner awareness.Experience 20 minutes of HU chanting and discover what this sacred sound may awaken within you.
We will begin with a short inspirational reading, followed by 20 minutes of HU accompanied by a recording of thousands of HU singers.
If you are new to HU or ECKANKAR, you are welcome to stay online afterwards for a relaxed conversation, ask questions, or share any insights you may have experienced. There is no need to stay after the HU if you would prefer to enjoy the experience simply.
Anyone can join, regardless of background or faith. Come as you are and experience the sound for yourself.
