Dr. William Allen, PhD, Founder, Entrepreneur, Grammy Award Winning Band Director, and Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award Winner's Bio:

Dr. William D. Allen is a Grammy award-winning band director and mission-driven educator with over 15 years of experience in Title I schools. From his involvement as a non-profit founder to his influence as an educator and performing arts director, William is making a profound difference in the lives of youth in the Dallas area.

Dr. Allen received his bachelor's degree from Southern University A&M, an HBCU, in Music Performance and received his Master's in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at Permian Basin. He received his PhD from Mainseed Christian University in Christian Leadership and Arts Management.

The White House awarded William Allen, PhD, the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for Volunteerism and Community Service in 2024.
