Join Cori Wise for an evening of gentle movement, conscious breath, and deep rest, weaving together slow flow yoga and a soothing sound bowl journey.
The evening begins with 50 minutes of breathwork, stretching, and slow flow yoga, designed to calm the nervous system and release tension from the body. From there, you’ll transition into your personal rest nestβ€”a cozy, supported space where you’ll be guided through a sound bowl immersion to help integrate, restore, and deeply relax.

You are welcome to attend both portions or just one.
