Paul has worked on large scale agile programmes in Finance, Media and Government sectors.

His career began specialising on testing and release, ensuring the safe and successful delivery of features into production. He has since transitioned to working as a delivery manager of cross-functional teams, both co-located and managing distributed delivery teams.

He is passionate about helping stakeholders across the organisation to understand value; building the teams and skills needed to complete the outcome; and designing the continuous delivery mechanism to deliver value safely and at speed.

When not working, Paul enjoys creative writing and looking after his growing menagerie of pets; including the most recent addition - Doddie, the cavoodle! 🐶
