Tree Climb

What better way to emerge out of hibernation than the much-requested Tree Climb, with the weather getting better I thought it a good time to head into the canopy and say hello to the birbs.

There are limited slots for the above date as the tickets are open to the public as well so the sooner you snap up your tickets the better.

The event requires participants to arrive at 11.45am in readiness for our 12pm start time. Prior to the course we will be required to successfully complete a short safety training session, after which we have 2 hours to enjoy the course.

The venue does ask that you wear closed-toe shoes, and gloves are mandatory. You can bring your own or purchase a pair when you purchase your ticket. Gloves are also available from the eco-lodge at the venue. Otherwise comfortable non-restrictive clothing is suggested (including long pants for the zip-line landings).

Be aware that the climb can continue despite the weather conditions. If the weather is poor on the week leading up to the event, we can reschedule. I will of course keep an eye on this as we get closer to the event and keep you informed if any changes occur.

The location has food and drink options on site, and there are also lots of open grassed areas. If the weather is good, bring a rug or chair to chill out for an hour or so afterwards. The venue allows B.Y.O food and drinks however whatever snacks you bring will need to remain in your bag until the end of the climb.
