RESCHEDULED: Dim Sum & a Book: The Incadescent

This is the reschedule for the original 2/25 event that has been cancelled due to the forecasted snow storm….

For this month’s theme of fantasy set in current day, we will be reading The Incandescent by Emily Tesh. Get ready to geek out with fellow fantasy/sci fi book lovers and engage in lively discussions.

Please bring cash if you can as that makes paying the bill easier. We will be offering a group family style dim sum tasting menu order for $25 per person including tax and tip. Please bring exact cash if possible.
The menu is:
-Chicken Soup Dumplings
-Pan Fried Buns: 1/2 pork, 1/2 crab&pork
-Pan Fried Beef Dumplings
-Wontons in Spicy Peanut Sauce: 1/2 pork, 1/2 shrimp&pork
-Cucumber Salad w garlic
-Four Happiness Kaofu
-Chicken Stir Fried Udon Noodles
-Sweet & Sour Spare Ribs
(It is totally okay if some folks don’t want to participate and just want to order on their own.)

We will be taking nominations for March’s book at this meeting. The theme is fantasy with elves or dwarves. Everyone is welcome to come with a book in mind to nominate.
