Living in a new city or country can be exciting, but it can also bring feelings of uncertainty, disconnection, or longing for a sense of home.
This yoga class is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what it means to feel grounded and supported, wherever you are.
Through mindful movement, grounding standing postures, breathwork, and meditation, we will cultivate stability, trust, and a deeper sense of belonging. Together, we will explore the idea that belonging is not only about a place or a community, but also about feeling at home within ourselves.
What to expect:

- Deep relaxation in Savasana
What to bring:
• Your own yoga mat
• Comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely
• A bottle of water or something to drink
