Meeting to discuss 2026 and 2027 trips

Hi Everyone,
Our next lunch meeting will be Sunday 2/22/26 at 12:00pm at Capital Crave. I apologize for the meeting being cancelled on 2/15/26. I came down with a bad sinus cold Friday and unfortunately it did not get better Saturday night and Sunday morning.
I hope as many people can come to the meeting on Sunday 2/22/26 as we will decide on a trip for fall 2026 and fall 2027. Some of the ideas suggested are a south Caribbean cruise out of Panama to Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao; guided tour trip of Ireland or England; guided tour trip to Peru; or guided tour trip of the national parks in Arizona and Utah (such as the Grand Canyon; Bryce and Zion National Park).
If you have any suggestions for trips you would like to take then Sunday 2/22 is your opportunity to mention your trip to the group.
Capital Crave is located on Rt. 40 (Golden Mile) next to the VFW on Rt. 40. The reservation is under the name Frederick Travel Group.
We will talk about our trips for 2026 and sign-ups for these trips will be available. The trips are:
- Rhine River cruise 4/7/26 - 4/14/26
- Croatia trip 6/14/26 - 6/26/26
- Will schedule a trip for fall 2026
Here are some brief details for the 2026 trips:
The Rhine River cruise starts in Basel, Switzerland and ends in Amsterdam, where you can see the tulips in full bloom in April. The stops in between include Strasbourg, France; Cologne, Germany; Heidelberg, Germany.
The trip to Croatia is also guided tour trip to beautiful cultural cities and some of the most incredible coastlines you will see. The trip begins in Dubrovnik and ends in Split, Croatia. The other locations you will see are of Budva, Montenegro and the historical city of Sarajevo and Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
We will also 2027 trips which are:
- Costa Rica: 1/30/27 - 2/8/27
- Italy: 6/1/27 - 6/13/27
- Need to schedule a trip
