Express your interest to help me set a day and a rain date - we should go on a weekday.
We are blessed in Ohio with an outstanding view of birds migrating back to Canada. If you haven’t experienced the Biggest Week in America Birding, you are in for a treat.

We can go to Magee Marsh and the Black Swamp Observatory AND then kayak the Portage River, to see all kinds of warblers and even pelicans!
I’m thinking land bird watching up until 4 and then kayaking the Portage River 4 to sunset.

$7 to launch your own, boat must be registered
Rentals - two hours for $32
Both must be out of the water by sunset.
