The Team-Compatible Innovation Process
Picture this: it's Tuesday. Not a chill Tuesday. A Tuesday that already has three meetings and one production alert hangover. The sprint is in full swing, everyone is in deep focus mode, and then someone drops into Slack excited about a game changing new framework we should adopt ASAP.

They are not wrong. They are energized and trying
to help. But how we respond in that moment matters.

This talk is about how to evaluate and introduce new tech in a way that respects team bandwidth, reduces risk, and earns genuine buy in, without derailing the sprint.

Pavel Rumiantsau, Engineering Manager at EPAM
Ideation and Abstract Thinking
Imagine your client asks you to build a large, complex application with tons of functionality, and the only thing they give you is a single screenshot. One comment comes with it: the final app won't actually look like that screenshot. The deadline, of course, is already set.

Sounds like a horror movie? Unfortunately, this is a reality many of us have to deal with.

In this talk, I’ll share how we handle situations like this in our project. We'll discuss practical ways to work with unclear requirements, how to translate them into something the whole team can understand, and how to make sure you can still deliver a solid result, despite all the uncertainty.

Our meetup will be an excellent opportunity for networking with like-minded professionals and exchanging ideas with fellow community members.

Be our guests for coffee, snacks and pizza!
