We'll open with a 5-min intention circle (one winter whisper of gratitude?), then meander the 4 km Lime Kiln forest loop—Ottawa River views, kiln echoes, gentle paces for 45-60 min (turnaround at 30 minutes if the frost whispers 'enough'). Back at Thyme & Again by ~11:30 AM for optional debrief: Linger over their artisan coffees, teas, and bites to share trail tales in the warmth. Nature leads, connections follow.
