ulianne Chaloux is a Principal Product Manager and resident architect in the Data Science Group at Genesys. She received an MSc in Computer Science from the National University of Ireland Galway. Her primary focus is machine learning infrastructure and applied machine learning in the customer experience domain. Also, Julianne is an awesome human!

Holly Wheeler - Genesys (VP, Genesys Cloud Engineering Services Ops)

Responsible for cloud service availability and reliability for Genesys Cloud. The team leverages a DevOps model with continuous delivery hosted on Amazon Web Services. Responsible for KPI management, incident, problem management, continual service improvement, external communications, and reporting for the platform.

Lisa Chambers Senator Chambers - Senator in Mayo (Leader of Seanad Éireann, Fianna Fáil Group Leader and spokesperson on European and Foreign Affairs.)
