Lunch and/or Book Club - fancy a good read and lively chat about the book?
Details
Why not come along to our Book Club and be introduced to new books, with a get together afterwards to discuss it frankly, love it or hate it, interesting or boring, good or bad?
Or maybe just come along for the lunch or the book club. We are a very relaxed group, and everyone can decide what they want to do (but please let me know which you are coming for so I can book accordingly).
Feel free to join us for a particular book or every book, but don't expect to like them all. That is part of the fun.
If you would like to suggest a book to be read please message me with the title and author.
Meetings every 4th Wednesday at 13:00 for food and 14:00 hours to discuss the book, The next meeting will be at the Woodpecker in Waterlooville, I will be there for lunch from 13:00 hours for those that wish to join me/us.

Next Book: The Wedding People
Author: Alison EspachSuggested by: Goodreads website
Waterstones say:
A heartwarming and hilarious tale of the people who come into your life and change it forever, Espach's tender novel finds a bride-to-be confide in the sole guest who is not at the hotel for her grand destination wedding.
Phoebe Stone arrives at a grand beachside hotel in Rhode Island wearing her best dress and least comfortable shoes. Immediately she is mistaken for one of the wedding people - but she's actually the only guest at the Cornwall Inn who isn't here for the big event.
When the bride discovers her elaborate destination wedding could be ruined by a divorced and depressed stranger, she is furious. She has spent months accounting for every detail and every possible disaster - except for, well, Phoebe . . . Soon, both women find their best-laid plans derailed and an unlikely confidante in one another.
Hilarious and moving, The Wedding People is an irresistible novel about love, friendship, dysfunctional families, and the unexpected paths that lead to happiness.
Books usually available on Amazon, WOB (World of Books) and other internet sites and of course, can often be found in charity shops and the Library.
