New Year's Hike at Frick Park

Start your New Year in the woods! The Allegheny Group of the Sierra Club will lead a First Day hike in Pittsburgh's Frick Park. This easy to moderate hike is suitable for all levels. We will hike through the lower portion of the park, and look for signs of winter wildlife while we talk about the importance of urban greenways to humans and wildlife. Wear warm layers, sturdy hiking boots, and bring water. We will meet at the Frick Environmental Center in Point Breeze. After our hike, enjoy a snack and warm beverage!
