Join us for the last monthly meditation of the year in the peaceful Botanical Gardens for a Reiki Healing Meditation.

After the meditation (which will start at 10 am), our guest speaker Steven Liu will present exercises practiced by monks, nuns and people in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Tai Chi and Kung Fu are over shadow / more popular than Qigong and classified as Martial Arts. Qigong/Chi Kung is classified as an exercise just for well being.

Steven will explain the difference in his talk, and we are welcome to try Qigong with music and his instruction which is easy to learn and follow.

After the talk and practice, we will share a social picnic. Meet other like-minded/like-hearted spiritual beings of all ages and make new friends.

What to bring: a plate to share, (anything you like, savoury or sweet preferably vegetarian or vegan), OR bring some fruit OR nibbles.

Also bring a folding chair, picnic blanket OR yoga mat to sit on and water to stay hydrated, a plate to eat from, and a fork so you can sample all the culinary delights. I will bring some along. A voluntary suggested $5 donation is appreciated.

Aim to arrive at 9.30 am as the parking can fill up by 10 am. All are welcome to attend. Looking forward to seeing you :)
