What we’re about
You don’t only need to talk about your trauma to heal.
You also need to release it from your body.
This healing circle is a trauma-informed, body-based space for adult children of dysfunctional, emotionally immature, or narcissistic families. If you grew up carrying the emotional weight of your caregivers — as the fixer, the golden child, the scapegoat, the invisible one — you may still be holding those patterns in your fascia, nervous system, voice, and breath.
If you've explored your story, named your trauma, and done the inner work — but still feel stuck, disconnected, or physically unwell — this group offers a gentle shift into embodied healing.
We begin where the body is now, not where the mind got stuck.

What We Focus On
- Nervous system safety as the foundation of healing
- Somatic unwinding of old roles and people-pleasing patterns
- Fascia awareness as a doorway to emotional release
- Boundaries and self-trust as embodied states, not just mental concepts
- Energetic hygiene and how to stop absorbing what’s not yours
- The sacred role of healthy isolation and the difference between loneliness and regulation
- Quiet spaces for reflection, integration, and deep inner listening

What to Expect in a Session
Each session includes:
🔹 Grounding & Arrival
Gentle breathing, body awareness, or nervous system settling
🔹 Mini Teaching (5–10 mins)
Short insights on how trauma shows up in the body, and how we can begin to unwind it
🔹 Somatic Practice or Journaling
Invitational practices such as fascia awareness, intuitive movement, or reflective writing — always gentle, always optional
🔹 Sharing & Integration
An open, invitational space to be seen and heard — no pressure, no performance, no “trauma dumping”

Who This Group Is For
This space is for adults who:
- Grew up in emotionally immature, neglectful, or enmeshed families
- Are working to release guilt, fear, or self-blame around setting boundaries
- Are exhausted from people-pleasing, fixing, or shrinking themselves
- Feel the toll of hypervigilance, shutdown, or emotional suppression in their body
- Are ready to heal from the bottom up — not just intellectually
- Crave a soft, spiritual, somatically aware space to reconnect with themselves
No diagnosis is required. No trauma story needs to be shared.
Your nervous system already knows what needs to be healed — we’re just giving it the space and safety to do so.

A Note from Natalie
I’m Natalie — a Healing & Embodiment Coach, certified yoga therapist, and MA in Psychology. But more importantly, I’m a deeply sensitive woman who spent most of my life carrying emotional weight that wasn’t mine. I’m no longer performing, fixing, or twisting myself to be loved — and I hold this space so you don’t have to either.
This is a sacred place to slow down, listen inward, and honor your healing as the brave, layered, spiritual journey that it is.

As we close out 2025, our bodies hold every story, every emotion, every boundary we learned, every moment that shaped us. New Year’s Eve is a powerful time to release what the body no longer needs… and step into a new year grounded, clear, and connected.
This 90-minute somatic ceremony is a gentle, sacred space to honor your body, exhale the weight of the year, and enter 2026 feeling supported and rooted.
We’ll move through a soft, guided journey together that includes:
- Grounding + somatic settling
- A collective toast with your drink of choice
- A releasing ritual (burning, dissolving, or tearing what no longer serves you)
- A moment in darkness + re-lighting to symbolize stepping out of the old year
- Intentional journaling & reflection
- Creating your “three-word year” for 2026
- Choosing a somatic anchor gesture to support your nervous system in the year ahead
- Community connection with others entering the new year consciously
What this ceremony will help you do:
✔️ Let go of what your body carried in 2025
✔️ Release old survival patterns with compassion
✔️ Gain clarity for 2026
✔️ Ground into a nourishing, embodied beginning
✔️ Feel supported and not alone during the holiday season
Come exactly as you are with:
- a candle or soft light
- a journal
- a pen
- a small piece of paper
- a drink for our toast
Let your body exhale… soften… and step into the new year feeling held.
I would love to share this moment with you.

•OnlineIdentifying Your Family Role: A Somatic Exploration
OnlineMany of us grew up learning who we needed to be in order to belong, stay safe, or keep the peace.
Without realizing it, our bodies adapted.
We became the Caretaker, the Peacemaker, the Golden Child, the Scapegoat, or the Invisible One — not because something was wrong with us, but because our nervous systems learned what worked.
Understanding the role you played is often the foundation of healing.
Not because it defines you — but because it helps you recognize what your body learned to do in order to survive and stay connected.
This gentle, body-based healing circle is a supportive place to begin — or to return to — no matter where you are in your healing journey.
The Five Family Roles We'll Explore
We’ll explore these roles somatically — through posture, breath, and sensation — rather than analysis or labels:
- The Caretaker / Hero — the one who managed, fixed, or held everything together
- The Peacemaker / Fawner — the one who smoothed, softened, or stayed agreeable
- The Golden Child — the one who performed, achieved, or upheld the family image
- The Scapegoat — the one who carried blame, spoke truth, or expressed what the others couldn't
- The Invisible / Lost Child - the one who learned not to need, not to ask, or not to take up space
You may recognize yourself in one role, several roles, or different roles at different times.
This is normal.
These were not choices — they were adaptive responses.
What We'll Explore Together
- How family roles form in the body and nervous system
- How to recognize your role through sensation rather than self-judgment
- Why awareness of your role creates clarity, not limitation
- How identifying your role becomes the first step toward becoming a cycle breaker
What To Expect
This is a slow, supportive somatic experience. We’ll move gently through:
- Nervous system grounding and settling
- Body awareness and internal inquiry
- Short somatic teaching on family roles
- Guided reflection and optional journaling
- Gentle release and integration
You’re always in choice. Sharing is optional, and there’s no pressure to “figure it all out.”

•OnlineThe Scapegoat: A Body-Based Healing Circle
OnlineIn many families, one person becomes the scapegoat — the one who carries blame, speaks uncomfortable truths, or absorbs what the system cannot face.
This role is not a flaw.
It is a nervous system adaptation.
Scapegoats often grow up feeling misunderstood, singled out, or labeled as “too sensitive,” “too much,” or “the problem.” Over time, the body learns to stay alert — scanning for threat, criticism, or emotional danger. This constant vigilance can later show up as anxiety, tension, or exhaustion.
In this gentle, body-based healing circle, we’ll explore the scapegoat role somatically — through sensation, breath, and awareness — rather than analysis or storytelling.
This circle is not about reliving the past.
It’s about helping the body recognize that it no longer has to stay on guard.
What We'll Explore
- How the scapegoat role forms in the body and nervous system
- Why hypervigilance and anxiety are common for scapegoats
- Where blame, tension, and alertness live in the body
- How to gently release vigilance and reclaim safety
What to Expect
- This is a slow, supportive somatic experience. We’ll move gently through:
- Grounding and nervous system settling
- A scapegoat-specific body awareness scan
- Somatic teaching and internal inquiry
- Optional journaling
- Gentle release and integration
You are always in choice. Sharing is optional. You are welcome to participate in the way that feels safest for your body.
No prior somatic experience is needed.
