Heal One World offers Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, Raw Food and Health Coaching. Looking to learn or expand your practice, interested in reducing and managing stress or gaining control of your health, meet up with us at our studio. In a very zen, inclusive and beginner to advanced friendly environment. We honor veterans with free classes. Our classes are DONATION based.

Heal One World, 3503 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, USClass Description: Grounded Balance Vinyasa is a slow and mindful, breath-centered practice that links movement with intention at a slower pace. This class allows you to build strength, improve flexibility, and deepen awareness while moving with steadiness and control pace. Each transition is intentional, giving you time to feel, align and connect.
Note: There are blocks available for modifications. Bring your own bolster id you prefer to have it for use.
Teacher Bio: Evelyn Caamal Los Angeles Native born and raised, also known as Evy founder of Wellness in you. I have experience 13+ years in customer service. I finally started focusing on yoga one hundred percent as well as my 200-hour YTT in August 2025. I am currently working with Las Palmas Senior Center to facilitate yoga classes. I have also been facilitating online virtual free classes from my home.I also facilitate inclusive community park classes. I believe that Yoga has helped me through my personal struggles and nervous system. I am devoted to Helping others regulate there and embody healing through mindful movement, breath awareness, and meditation.

Vinyasa based class focused on breathwork, body alignment and asanas to boost our essential mind/body connection. This inclusive class allows you to calm the mind and focus on the strength of your breath and body, moving from an opening meditation and warm up, building into a flow and deeper into specific asanas completing with total relaxation. Great class for all levels from beginner to advanced.
Teacher Bio: Kirstin H.S. completed her 200 hour YTT in Ubud,Bali with Zuna Yoga in 2019. She loves providing space to practitioners to take time for themselves and just simply breathe. Through “flow” yoga, Kirstin hopes to give a small reprieve to the anxious and stressful world we live in.
Kirstin has been practicing yoga since 2004 and has learned the importance of yoga in cultivating balance, strength, and overall well-being. She loves sharing her knowledge and practice with others, especially those who are new to yoga. Kirstin loves teaching the Heal One World community and empowering her students to achieve their own greatness.

An all levels, 60 minute class that begins and ends with a guided meditation or breathwork practice, and focuses on utilizing poses and sequences of poses to help with working through emotions that may stored in the body, bring calm and peace to the whole body, and work to strengthen and mobilize the body. This practice begins and ends with more restorative poses, and builds up to warming and strengthening poses and flows in the middle practice, paying special attention to connecting breath to movement.
Teacher Bio:
Jayde Barber is a yoga teacher with a background in mental health, peer support, and social work, particularly with homeless and underserved youth. Jayde has been practicing yoga since the age of eight, using mindful movement as a powerful tool to manage severe anxiety and panic. Her personal journey with yoga has deeply shaped their understanding of its potential to support emotional regulation and nervous system healing. Recently completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training, Jayde is passionate about sharing accessible, trauma-informed yoga with communities who have historically had less access to these practices. She is especially dedicated to creating inclusive spaces where individuals can explore how yoga supports mental wellness, builds self-awareness, and fosters resilience from the inside out.
