Mindful Meditation
Details
Whether you are a regular practitioner or new to mindfulness meditation, we invite you to join us for an hour of quiet sitting and walking. This is a secular form of meditation, and all are welcome.
Please bring:
- yoga mat, cushion, or a towel
Chairs are provided.
No pets, please. Only certified, on-duty service animals are allowed. Even the sweetest pets can be a distraction to others.
